Accessibility

Is there an accessible entrance?

Yes. On event nights, an accessible entrance operates to the right of the main doors, clearly signposted, with staff available to provide additional support if required.

Do you offer the lend of wheelchairs for getting around the arena, during events?

We have a limited number of wheelchairs at the arena that customers are welcome to borrow for accessibility support to and from their ticketed location.  Unfortunately, wheelchairs can’t be kept throughout the show as other customers may need to avail of them.  Please speak to staff at the accessible entrance or at the concierge desk when you arrive if you require this service.

Can I change my tickets to an accessible area?

If your seat is unsuitable for medical reasons or your access requirements have changed from time of booking, we recommend the following options:

  • Contact Ticketmaster first to request an official change of booking. As our official ticketing partner, they make and manage most bookings for the Arena.
  • Upon arrival to the venue, please speak to staff at the concierge desk in the front foyer. They will endeavour to relocate you based on your specific requirements. Please note relocation is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Visit our Accessibility section here for more information.

What is an essential companion ticket?

An essential companion ticket allows a carer to attend at no additional cost, subject to availability and eligibility. For more information, please see here.

How do I book accessible tickets?

Accessible tickets must be purchased directly via Ticketmaster using the Accessible Tickets option on the event page.

1. Please select the event date and time you wish to attend from the event page: What's On.

2. Once you have been redirected to Ticketmaster.ie, click the ‘Accessible Tickets’ icon at the top left of the event page. Please note that this is best viewed on a laptop or computer, if possible.

3. From either the interactive map or the ‘Ticket Types' dropdown, select the seats you require - accessible ticket type + essential companion.

4. Then click 'Get Tickets' and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Proof of eligibility must be submitted directly to Ticketmaster: Accessible Tickets: Everything you need to know – Ticketmaster Help Failure to provide this may result in your tickets being cancelled.

What accessible ticket types are available?

Accessible ticket types include wheelchair spaces, ambulant accessible seating, hearing & visual impairment seating and essential companion tickets (free, subject to availability).
