Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to what visitors ask us most. Can't see yours? Search above or get in touch.

Can I bring a bag into the the arena?

Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size, large or small, will not be allowed into the arena.  We class small bags as no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) or standard handbags.

If you do have a bag bigger than A4, you may wish to consider storing it at an offsite location such as provided by Stasher. Choose one of the many secure and convenient Stasher locations across the city, and book online here using the code, BELFAST2242, for a 10% discount.

This storage service operates independently of The O2 Belfast and its owners, who accept no responsibility for the service provided. Note that customer data collected as part of the service will be collected and processed by Stasher. View Stasher's privacy policy here.

Is there an accessible entrance?

Yes. On event nights, an accessible entrance operates to the right of the main doors, clearly signposted, with staff available to provide additional support if required.

What car parking facilities are available if I was going to an event at the arena?

Please click here to enter the Car Park section of the website.

What do I do if the event I have tickets for is cancelled or rescheduled?

Please click here for detailed information from Ticketmaster in relation to cancelled or rescheduled events.

Can I bring food and drink into the arena?

Food and drink cannot be brought into the arena. There are various bars and concession units selling drinks, confectionery, and snacks, in addition to our hot food units, where we sell pizza by the slice and a range of loaded fries. For those with medical/dietary requirements, exceptions can be made. Please get in contact if this is the case.
